Registrations
The cost for this event is $120 per person.
You may put down a $40 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that will hold your spot.
The balance for your registration will be due one month prior to the event. You will receive an email with an invoice for the balance and that invoice is due one month prior to the event date.
Payment may be made via credit card or check.

There will be a $30 fee assessed to all returned checks.
There will be no new registrations taken within 24 hours of the start of the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY (Please Read):
Your $40 deposit is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your registration, I will refund all but $40 of your registration fee until one month prior the the event. If you cancel after that date, you will not receive a refund of any part of your registration fee unless your seat is filled by another person. The loss of deposit also applies to moving money to another event within 30 days of the retreat start date, except when caused by an act of God (a tornado, for example) or a global pandemic. I will move your entire registration to another event prior to one month before the start date of this event.
Accommodations:
You will be responsible for making your own hotel reservations. There are rooms blocked off at a special rate under the group name CREATIVE MEMORIES.

Headphones for your music/TV/movie on your personal device.
A cup with a lid: fountain sodas will be available beginning at 3:00 PM.
Layers of clothing, especially if you tend to get hot or cold easily.Snacks and/or drinks.
Hotel Info:
Check-in time: 3:00 PM.Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
Free* hot breakfast is served from 6:00-9:30 AM on weekdays and 7:00-10:00 AM on weekends.
Free* 5:30 PM "Kickback" which includes free hot food and cold beverages. Their rotating menu features a variety of salad options and hot food, including chicken strips, macaroni & cheese, hot dogs, baked potatoes, soup and more!
Free Wifi.
Free Parking.Indoor/Outdoor Pool & Whirlpool.
No smoking or vaping inside the hotel.
*Meals are free to guests who stay overnight at the hotel, but may be purchased for non-staying guests.
The ballroom is located down the hall to the right of the lobby. There are 2 doors that lead into the ballroom.
There are luggage carts for your use at the front entrance.
There is a refrigerator and a microwave in your hotel room. I am not responsible for any lost or stolen items. It would be wise to take your electronics (laptop, iPad, etc.) to your room when you leave for the day.
During the course of the weekend you'll have the opportunity to earn tickets for our "Big 3" drawings, which will be held near the end of the crop weekend.
The Big 3 prizes will be valued at no less than $75 each.
How to get tickets:
Everyone will receive 1 ticket for each day they're registered for the Retreat (for example, all weekend = 3 tickets).
Additional tickets will be awarded to the person who receives the most votes for best decorations, best shirt/outfit, and for participating in the weekend Bingo game.
